QQOA can cut practically any size or shape of custom quartz. We also offer various grinding, lapping, and polishing services for diverse quartz and glass sizes, shapes, and grades. You can supply the material for use, or we can fabricate your order based on your requirements. Either way, our rigid quality control system assures all starting material used is free of bubbles, striations, and other defects.
Since we are a custom service operation, our production processes will always be in accordance with your finishing and/or optical specifications. From ground finishes to grit and optical finishes, the choice is yours.
Rods and Tubes
QQOA supplies top-grade GE-type 319 fused quartz rods and tubing in various standard sizes. We can also redraw rod and tubing sizes into specified shapes and lengths. Additionally, we can further customize these parts to meet your special requirements using our diverse capabilities, such as grinding, drilling, splicing, beading, bending, notching, and threading.
